Zenitas Healthcare is pleased to announce that after an extensive executive search, we have appointed a new CEO – Rob De Luca.
Rob is a values-led CEO with over 20 years’ experience in the health and financial services sectors and has grown sustainable organisations through significant technological and customer expansion.
His most recent role was as the CEO of the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA), leading the national roll-out of the National Disability Insurance Scheme. He oversaw the organisation during a significant growth period, and the number of participants benefitting from the NDIS tripled during his time, with participation satisfaction rates at 88 percent.
We welcome Rob’s extensive experience in helping to grow and transform organisations and believe he is the right person to help Zenitas Healthcare meet its full potential so we can help more people live healthier, happier lives in the future.
