Zenitas increases its focus on core customer segments, enters agreement for the sale of Allied Health Clinics

Over the past few years, we have grown significantly and continued to invest in people and technology to deliver quality services for our customers.

The evolution of the Zenitas Corporate Strategy is increasingly focused on our core customer segments of older Australians and people with disability, via our brands Claro Aged Care & Disability Services and Plena Healthcare.

We are pleased to announce we have reached an agreement with a subsidiary of APM regarding the sale of Zenitas’ Allied Health Clinics. We are happy to have found a buyer with a good strategic and operational fit, to ensure the ongoing success of the Allied Health Clinics.
